Unfortunatly no. I don't make free graphic design work. This is manly down to this being my main source of income at the moment, and with all the request I currently get asked to make designs at, i frankly don't have the time to make designs free of charge.
Sorry if that causes any inconviniences, but I often do discountded designs for limited time only offers, which will usually announced on my social media sites.
At the moment I currently only accept payments completed via PayPal. This is because PayPal is the best site for requesting and sending money. I use PayPal invoice to request the payment, which sends an invoice to both your PayPal email and summary page.
As a safety procedure for me as a seller, I always accept payment upfront first due to some unfortunate experiences. 99% of clients I have the pleasure of working with are honest and understanding but just as a precaution I will have to continue accepting the payment first.
The completion time for a design varies depending on the order that you make. A simple banner design for Youtube or Twitter is oftern completed in the time space of 2-3 days, where's a full Twitch package may take up to two weeks. These however are just rough estimations.
I strive to complete designs as quickly as possible whilst maintaining a high quality standard for all of my client works.
For all of my client work the customer is held responsible to provide specific details upfront before the design process begins in order for the design to meet their overall vision.
Once the design is complete I only take small and responsible design changes into consideration and are up for possible changes, which will be agreed on by both myself and the client. However, no drastic changes to the design may take place once the design is complete.
This is something that I do not do unfortunately. The main reason is due to the struggle of previous inconsiderate clients, who would used the PSD to rework the banner and considered the work to be of their own.
So due to not wanting to deal with a situation like that again I decide not to provide my clients with any PSD.
Becoming a professional graphics designer is not an easy road. There is no one way or sure-fire path to success but one thing that you must adhere to is hard work, dedication and practice. People who treat it like a profession even when they aren't being paid, try consistently and taking every opportunity to improve their skills, have the best chance of success. So make sure to keep practicing, put yourself out there in the community and best of luck to you.
It is hard to have confidence in your original designs. I struggled with this same problem for a long time, and even today still occassionally doubt my designs.
All I can say is in order to produce anything a designer needs to stick their neck out, take the risk and push through the self doubt, and trust me in the end it will be the best thing you ever do, not only for your designs but for your overall confidence as well.
I use Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 for all of my graphic design work, though there are popular cheap or free alternatives with less complicated features which are great to learn on and get started with designing. Although if you think Adobe programs would be more suitable but aren't ready to pay those prices, Adobe programs often have the option to try them out for 30 days without paying. So that's worth checking out on their website, Adobe.com
Where I can, I use a lot of my own photos, and often try to test myself by creating my own textures. However, a great place to shart if you don't have the experience in that field and where I got my imagry from when I started was websites that allowed for copyright free downloading and allows for editing.
The main site I used was:
